Isabel Alfonsin-Vittoria was born and raised in Miami, FL and serves as the Director of the Office of Employee Assistance at Florida International University. She is a licensed psychotherapist and employee assistance administrator with over 30 years of diverse clinical programs management experience. Her clinical profession has included: development and oversight of local and national behavioral health clinics and hospitals as well as employee assistance and health and wellness programs. Isabel is  a certified mindfulness and meditation teacher and a life coaching specialist.

Jennifer Fonseca is a Senior Coach & Trainer at Floyd Consulting. As a Certified Dream Manager herself, she is dedicated to activating the dreams and destinies of those she coaches, helping both individuals and organizations to become the best version-of-themselves.
 
Her professional background spans over 25 years working in the non-profit, education, and private sectors, including her own career coaching practice. This experience includes nearly 20 years at Palm Beach Atlantic University (a private, faith-based institution). In the private sector, Jennifer worked for two high-profile professional golfers. Her greatest joy and achievement over the course of her career is seeing lives changed and impacted. Jennifer is also a former FloridaACE Board Member, conference presenter, committee member, and active volunteer!
