Program of Excellence Award

The NEW Program of Excellence Award identifies an outstanding career services or college/university recruiting program or initiative, highlighting and elevating the exceptional work of FloridaACE member organizations.

Award Criteria: 

The Program of Excellence Award would be evaluated based on the following criteria:  

  1. Alignment with NACE Best Practices: Demonstrates clear alignment with national emerging trends, data, professional standards, and/or recommended best practices for college/university recruiting, professional development, career readiness, experiential learning, and/or post-graduation success.  

  1. Innovation: Showcases a creative and original approach to solving a challenge and/or pressing need facing our profession and work.  

  1. Impact: Demonstrates measurable outcomes of success. Possible impacted outcomes could include but not limited to student career readiness and employability, first destination outcomes, internship and experiential learning outcomes, talent acquisition strategies, talent development, and/or college or university/employer partnerships.  

  1. Duplicability: Promotes a model that could be adapted and implemented by other institutions or employers.
