2021-22 Goals

Approved by the Board on October 4, 2021

1. Enhance the FloridaACE membership experience by developing opportunities for connectivity to increase membership and strengthen value for current members.
2. Evaluate internal processes and governing documents to improve the organizational efficiency of FloridaACE.
3. Analyze revenues and expenditures to identify opportunities to invest in the retention and diversification of FloridaACE members. 
4. Develop avenues for advancing competencies of FloridaACE members on relevant trends in the global workforce, such as those related to the post-COVID world of work and DEI practices.
